The venue has magnificent and wonderful location close to town Center. Plus, this hotel is short walk to the airport. The units were great value with separate shower and toilet. The price is £ 70.

Plus, the staff were super friendly, going out of their way to find a table for us at the popular carvery next door, delicious and worth the wait.

    Cozy family getaway

The staff were super friendly and helpful. Our room was cozy, and the beds were comfy. My picky kiddo even ate all her food, which says a lot! The only bummer was the limited parking spots, so we had to hunt around for a space. Still, we'll def be back!

    really good service
    pleasant surprise
    noticeable noise
    window issue
    comfort concern

The staff provided really good service, particularly the chef, who crafted good meals and fostered a warm atmosphere. The location was convenient for exploring, and unexpected amenities like instant coffee were a pleasant surprise. Noise from outside was noticeable at times, and the windows are in need of replacement to enhance comfort. A fan was provided to help with the heat, appreciated.

    lively bar
    great location
    clean room
    late breakfast

The teenagers loved the lively bar area and regular live sports on TV. The location was perfect for exploring the city and the quay. Plus, the room was clean and comfy.

In my wife's opinion, an earlier breakfast would be great for families with children.

I had a pretty interesting stay here, especially with the hot shower that caught me by surprise and the lovely croissants left in the room. The nightlife was quite lively as well, although a bit noisy! I would definitely come back for another visit.

    fantastic meals
    helpful staff
    noisy windows

The chef here is a gem, whipping up fantastic meals that make your mouth water, while the staff are always ready to help with a smile. There are cozy spots to relax with a book and pleasant live music on certain nights, which really adds to the vibe. Just a heads up, the windows could use some updating as they didn't fully block out the street noise, but it didn't ruin my stay at all. 😊

    clean room
    nice staff
    great location
    shared bathroom
    noise issue

I stayed for five nights and the room was alright overall. It was clean and the staff were nice, which made my stay comfortable. The location is great, with easy access to nice restaurants and close proximity to the Cathedral. the shared bathroom setup was a bit inconvenient, and noise from the bar below could be bothersome at night.

    great location
    comfy bed
    noisy at night
    needs updates

Stayed for 1 night and the staff were super friendly, really comfy bed and the location was perfect, right in the city centre. The room was clean and had all the basics we needed. Also loved having the pub downstairs for food in the evening, made it easy!

only downsize was that it could use a bit of updating and it was kinda noisy at night with people coming back from the pub.

The hotel is ideally located near the town center, offering a variety of pubs and restaurants within walking distance. While the room decor might need some refreshment, the staff were welcoming. It was a bit noisy at night, but overall, a pleasant and comfortable experience.

    A Mixed Bag of Experiences

The room fell short of expectations. The bed was especially uncomfortable, but the staff was helpful. Onsite dining had a limited menu, yet the breakfast was decent. For a better experience, consider requesting a room away from the street to minimize noise.
